saw this mentally unstable guy toking to himself.. at first tot he was toking to someone on the phone, but after diaoing him realised he was speaking loudly to himself la... saying a lot of stuff about submitting some proposals arh.. kept repeating himself and using a lot of WHAT in his sentences. and some parts doesnt make sense at all...
eg " the boss wants a proposal in 5 minutes. so the boss wants a proposal in 5 minutes. so u got do WHAT or not. u got do WHAT or not. u got do WHAT or not. if u cannot WHAT den i help u lor. if u cannot WHAT den i help u lor. if u cannot WHAT den i help u lor. "
